Areas of specialization:

Rates:
My rate is $150 CND per session + GST.
Each session is 55 minutes, unless we make arrangements for 85 minute sessions.
What to Expect:
Therapy can take time. IFS is a powerful modality that can start unwinding trauma right away. We may see changes in our life immediately, but it may also take time as we also need time to build the container that will help these changes be sustained.
Many people start sessions on a weekly basis, to get the momentum happening. However, if time or finances are a concern, we can spread out sessions to work with your needs.
Online Sessions:
The type of therapy I do lends very well to the online format. We will primarily use Zoom. Telephone sessions are also available.
Payment & Cancellation policy:
I will send you an invoice after our session. Payment can be made via e-transfer to darshanstevens@gmail.com. If you are not living in Canada, I will send a Paypal invoice which will automatically make the currency conversion for you.
48 hours cancellation notice is required, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
Insurance:
Check your extended health plan coverage. If you or your spouse has an extended health plan, services of Registered Therapuetic Counsellors (RTC) may be covered. Please consult with your insurance provider for more information.
